Friendly and quick to come to the office I requested extra towels and she got them right there I didnt use the kitchenette but its great to have good size fridge (its a little bigger then mini fridge)
Stayed a few weeks during the off season. Very quiet place and they clean your room once a week. My room had new tile, new beds and a flat screen TV. The kitchenette units and windows are a little outdated as it is an older hotel. If there's no weirdos above you or next to you as any place, it can be a great hotel to stay.
Location, location, location. Old motel but good service, clean rooms, for the price and location perfect for one or two nights.
Edgewater Inn is in a great location. We just needed a place to crash for a couple of nights while we attended an all day conference in Red Deer. It had comfortable beds, enough parking, a decent bathroom, and an antique kitchenette. You get what you pay for and this was no exception. It was great for the price we paid.
We've stayed at the Edgewater Inn 3 times in the past. The rooms are clean, and in the process of being updated. I would recommend it. Not the Hilton, but I know it's clean! Rates are also fairly reasonable. And they take pets! This is our go to place when in Sylvan Lake. And the Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
