Room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but the walk through the lake front is nice and quite at night.
Excellent stay very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great also..I'll definatly stay there again when visiting sylvan lake.
Unhelpful and rude staff. We always chose Days Inn for road trips unfortunately this particular location let us down with their approach. Kudos to Canmore Days Inn! Sylvan Lake location - please train your staff customer service or hire good people. Thank you!
Booked a room, when I arrived at 3:45 PM (check in is at 3 PM) the room was not cleaned. Checked in, went out for a bit and returned around 5 PM. When I returned the cleaning staff was currently cleaning the room and I had to wait in the hallway until they finished. The women cleaning expressed frustration that she had not been told this room was a priority to clean which leads me to believe communication is something they need to work on within their internal staff. I also had to repeatedly ask for email confirmations of my room and they said they would send me my receipt by email, which I am still waiting to receive. The room was nice, except the air conditioner was very loud.
Great place to stay. Rooms are really nice and the staff are even nicer ! I travel alot and stay in hotels often and I would definitely recommend staying here. Beautiful lake right across the street, and a excellent restaurant attached that the locals seem to love !
