Excellent experience! Counter staff at this hotel were awesome when we asked for advice on where to eat. We followed most of their suggestions and had a blast! Continental breakfast was very well maintained by an always happy, and courteous lady. Double queen room was huge and comfortable, there were three of us, all adults. We would have no trouble recommending this hotel to anyone.

Ridiculously clean... theres always someone cleaning something. We arrived at 930 at night and staffers were wiping the inside of the elevators and vacuuming. Greatly appreciated after the Hinton hole we stayed in the night before. Great pool and hot tub... good breakfasts... staff greats you every time you come and go. Very well run establishment
Loved my stay at this hotel, we were treated so well!! Our room was even decorated with rose petals and candles once we arrived, exceeded our expectations!! Although our room wasn't beautifully decorated, it had amazing views and was just the right size/space for my partner and I. I can't stress enough how wonderful our stay was, the staff was always so kind and thoughtful, they make an effort to remember you which is so kind!
My three friends and I stayed at the Sylvan Lake Best Western from Sept 10 to Sept 12, 2018. Our experience from checkin to checkout was really great. The entire staff was helpful and very friendly. We wanted a quiet spot to play bridge and we were shown several different areas in the hotel that were quiet and private. We used the pool and hot tub both evenings and again everything was great. The indoor pool area is located in the same wing as the exercise room which is tucked away in a corner of the main floor. Breakfast in the morning offered extensive options including hot dishes. Coffee, tea and hot water was available in the cafe all day as were some pretty tasty cookies as well. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. All in all we had a really enjoyable getaway and felt that the top quality of the staff contributed much to the atmosphere of the hotel. We hope to return next year.
