Six of my girlfriends and I ate here on September 6th and we loved the food at this restaurant. Not one of us had a complaint. We were attended by a lovely young lady who gave us excellent service and enjoyed meeting Chef Elizabeth Will who made all of our dishes delicious. All of us would recommend the Bravo Gastro Lounge and we thank them for their good service and delicious food. It is one of the things we will remember during our 3 day visit to Sylvan Lake. Had a salmon salad. Salmon was poorly cooked and tasted sour. When brought to the attention of the staff, a senior staff member stormed over to our table and abruptly said her and the cooked just tasted it and they thought it was fine. Have never experienced such a poor level of customer service in a restaurant and will never go back there.
No complaints from me. Service was great, food came quickly and there was lots of it. The atmosphere upbeat and the menu was quite varried ... Ill be back.
Bravo is a great place to eat, especially if you want something different than the shockingly similar menus that seem to dominate the rest of the lakefront restaurants in Sylvan. Loved the Sangria and fish tacos but there were so many dishes that looked yummy. Our server was also super nice! Bravo is a bit pricier than the other restaurants by the lake and we found the service was a bit slow.
We were just there, we took some people from our wedding party out for dinner. The food and service were good, but when we tried to pay one of our friends tried to pay part of the bill without us knowing and the server just took the money and didn't put it towards the bill. We tipped her 20% on a $300 bill, so it's kind of shady that she just pocketed the rest of the money. It was obvious that he was trying to pay for the bill, we were all yelling at him not too. Decent food, shady server.
