Literally saw a waiter put a clean plate under her bare armpit and then proceed to place it on the table. They also throw the garbage from tables onto the floor, maybe that's why there were flies all over our table. The service and servers were awful. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our appetizers to arrive and then another 30 minutes for our entrees, then another hour for our dessert. Could've saved so much time by going elsewhere... Not sure if it was because they were busy or the waiters don't pay much attention but it was horrible waiting that long even for our appetizers. I ended up eating very little because the appetizers aren't filling and the paella was SO spicy!! Definitely not very true to traditional Paella. Would not recommend going to this restaurant, they are not hygenic at all.
What a great atmosphere!! View over Sylvan Lake while sipping mermaid water and eating delicious food! The interior decorating is so beautiful and fancy I loved it. The patio has great options between bar stools and lounge areas with couches, including under a gazebo with a fire pit!
Inside was full so we had to eat on the patio. Was a little cold but the view was nice. There is a heater on the patio but was not turned on. Food was ok. Our bill for 4 people was about $100 - mainly appetizers and no alcohol. Server was very friendly. Bachelorette party came and was loud but they stayed inside mainly.
If you can snag a spot outside; great view for people watching. Food is moderately priced, seafood pasta dish and stuffed tomatoes are excellent. Pitcher of sangria a must
I'm sorry. But we wanted to return every single thing we ordered but didn't because we were starving. The interior looked inviting and cozy enough, our server was nice and attentive, but the food was miserable. A couple of us in our group ordered the gnocchi - it was so overcooked it was almost slimy in texture. The jambalaya tasted like curry for some reason. The pasta Alfredo tasted like it came from one of those instant knorr pasta packets.
