Dr. Keating and her team at Parkland Vet Hospital have been looking after my pets for over 15 years. I have nothing but the best to say about the care and attention that they have given to me and my pets. They always take time to go through everything with me before I do anything with my pets, I never feel rushed and they explain everything fully. I have been to other vets over the years but I can truly say that I have never experienced the excellent level of service and care as I do at Parkland Vet Hospital. They have my highest recommendation!
Love their hours to pick up food and gave me some great advice over the phone regarding medication for my dog and alternatives when I had hit a wall with our other vet clinic. Very kind staff. Reasonably priced as well.
If you have any pitbull Breed or plan to feed raw diet at all I would not recommend this vet. They are great and polite otherwise.
We have been taking our boy here for a year now, I cannot express enough how wonderful and professional they are. They always make him feel loved and not afraid to be there. They always check in after visits and do not think I'm crazy when I call in for the littlest things. I can't thank them enough for all they do for our family member!
Dr Lana and her staff are very professional and loving towards our goldendoodle puppies and our adult dogs have no fear of going to the vet. The pups are hugged andfussed over, before and during their through vet check and shots! We have been taking our dogs, puppies and cats to Parkland Veterinary for many years in .Red Deer and have followed them to Sylvan!
