This is such a caring clinic. Front end staff are all nice and the nurse Ericka is very caring. The doctors are very knowledgeable. Ive never had a bad experience.

Got sent away by manager for being 5 min. late, and after always being there on time and not missing an appointment. I was in terrible pain, distress and anxiety and they didn't even ask about that or let me see a different doctor. I was so upset, in tears and then had to drive back home to Red Deer, extremely upset and re-book. If Doctor McConnell hadn't called back a little while later, I'd never go back there. I could have been having a heart attack, no one checked or took my blood pressure.
