We use Avenida Growers Direct in Calgary for all or flower needs, so when I needed flowers for my sisters BD, who else would we use..but she is in Sylvan Lake. Luckily there is a Growers Direct in Sylvan Lake and they are AMAZING. Not only did I have the address wrong on my order, I picked the wrong Saturday for delivery too. Could I seriously get more things wrong? Thankfully Agnorah at customer service saved the day by getting the address corrected AND delivery for the right day. But that couldn't have happened if the WONDERFUL store owner, who was already closed for the day, hadn't gone back to the shop to build my arrangement and then deliver it on the right day! Can you say above and beyond, well I think it's WAY above just going above and beyond. This just solidifies why we ALWAYS use Growers Direct and always will.
