I had gone there to get a Tyre for my bike ... But it was a little expensive. The staff was very nice and friendly.They greeted and helped me to find the place for tyres, hence saving me a lot of time.I'd love to go there again.Thank you
I asked to have a headlight changed. I was told it would be 25 dollars and when it came time to pay, they charged me 35. When I brought up this issue, all I got was silence from the person at the automotive cash. Didn't try to fix the problem. Horrible customer service, not only at this location but every location I've been to.
My husband went in to buy two new tires for our front wheels and get them changed they booked him in for the next day goes in they say hes not booked then wait 41MINUTES for them to tell him they cant change only two tires it has to be four........... seriously!? What kind of rule is that? Where from merritt and weve gone into that canadian tire and bought one tire and had them change it so to me it was sheer lazyness on the sylvan lake canadian tires automotive service. Will not recommend anyone to go there EVER!!
