We were away attending to a family member who was extremely ill while our car was being attended (to) - After the auto was repaired Wolfgang ensured that my car was set in a safe place for the evenings - when we returned to pick up our vehicle Wolfgangsassistant made certain that we knew all the aspects of the repair and made time to drive my husband a few blocks and show him how well the car was running now- cheers for Wolfgang & James (asst)
This place has great customer service and they really take care of your vehicle no matter the job. Only place I let mount tires on my wheels cause I know they will treat them like their own and that leaves such a stress free feeling knowing nothing will get damaged. Keep up the great work!
Auto pro has such friendly, amazing, thourough staff. They also provide excellent service with reasonable prices. When a dealership service center in Red Deer was not going to stand behind their work or do anything for us, I was left with a vehicle I couldnt drive & they provided me with a list of services I would have to pay out of pocket, & we no longer trusted they were honest with what they were telling us. Auto pro came to our rescue, provided us with a confident diagnosis to our vehicle. I would highly recommend AUTOPRO to anyone.
I wanted to share about the great service I received at NAPA AUTOPRO yesterday. I noticed my tires looked low, unfortunately I don't know how to check my tires. I went to NAPA AUTOPRO, to see if they could help me. They were so kind and helpful, the guy even should me how to check them my self!
