Store seems not as organized as it was 4 or 5 months ago. Quick checkout, pay for bags... produce lacking- could be fresher. Ready made salad selection way smaller than last year. Maybe don't sell as much. Lots of quality no name products. Good pricing!!
Great store, very clean, wide aisles, need a coin to get a cart. As with all Loblaw stores, this store carries a wide variety of goods and brand names at competitive prices, for a good shopping experience. Plenty of parking at the front of the store, helpful staff and each time I have been there, fast checkout.
Today's review. The store has really improved, since my last review. It is a discount store in a small town, so scale is important, keep that in mind. The produce section was actually pretty good last night, it was clean and we'll organized. The volume of selection was lower but that's about right scaling. The floors were pretty clean, but still need work. The bread section looked great, few empty end caps which should have had specials. The meat section was probably the biggest problem area. It had over stocked areas and under stocked areas. I wasn't impressed at all with its management. I actually saw this in the hams section. It was overstocked on the high end and poorly stocked on the low end, for some no name products. The scaling is wrong. Dairy looked not bad, but needs more facing. The milk crates were pretty empty or just hadn't been maintained . Butter had lots of shorts, facing was bad. Dry goods and canned goods looked really good, great facing and card board removal. I really liked organization. I looked up a few times and saw unsafe overstocks. We had our usual speedy and friendly cashier. She is very good, but only one till is ridiculous. It was very backed up, no excuse for this condition. People get ticked when you waste their time. Over all it looked cleaner and fresher. It will need to look at each department and figure out staffing. Good luck, things are looking up.
Best grocery store in Sylvan Lake. Low prices and fresh produce with lots of organic products. Store is always clean and staff are courteous.
